Couple HOPES is an online PTSD intervention that gives you and your partner tools to improve PTSD symptoms and enhance your relationship with the support of a coach.The Couple HOPES program consists of seven interactive modules that include videos and exercises, and assignments to complete between modules to improve PTSD symptoms and enhance your relationship.We highly recommend moving through Couple HOPES on a web browser by using a laptop or computer, and using the Couple HOPES app on your tablet or phone to complete practice assignments.The convenience and accessibility of a companion app makes practicing skills that much easier.Given its brief, online format, we envision Couple HOPES in the hands of thousands of couples, nationally and internationally, to help provide a way to move through PTSD and feel better in your relationship, together.You and your partner can sign up for the Couple HOPES program at www.couplehopes.comIf you are enrolled in the Couple HOPES program, you can log into the app using the email address you signed up with along with the password you set for your account.You will have to log into your account on the Couple HOPES website, www.couplehopes.com, and begin Module 1 before you can successfully log into the companion app.
